Plain-English summary

We provide guided mobility programs. You must be 18+ or have parental consent. Accounts are for your personal use only. We can suspend accounts for misuse. Purchases are non-refundable after access begins. All course content remains our property.

We are not medical professionals. Consult your doctor before starting any program if you have injuries. We limit liability for indirect damages. California law applies. Any disputes are handled through arbitration in San Francisco.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Steadyix Flow you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.

3. Purchases & Payments

All prices are in USD. Access begins immediately after payment. No refunds once digital content has been delivered unless required by law in your jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

All videos, guides, and materials are owned by Steadyix Flow. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Health Disclaimer

Our programs are for general wellness only. They are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new movement practice, especially if you have injuries or health conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steadyix Flow shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California under California law. Class actions are not permitted.
